Rapid Roll Doors

Rapid Roll Doors: Are designed for frequent use and are fully automated to provide rapid access in and out of the building or quick movement for internal operations from one department to another. A heavy-duty bottom rail is incorporated to keep the door curtain under tension incorporating an impact break out system, therefore eliminating expensive repairs and down time loss. Door speed: 1 metre per second. Maximum door size 5000mm x  5000mm.

Curtain:  Constructed from PVC no less than 2mm thick, which incorporates a woven reinforcement.. Available colours are: Orange, Red & Blue. Vision panels are available on request

Operation and Extras: Powered by 240v, 16 amp geared drive unit incorporating a frequency inverter and heavy-duty break system.  Additional Options: Traffic lights. Pull cord/ push button. Inductive loop. Radar detection. Electric safety edge. Additional photocell. Powder coated side guards.
